+ William Edwards, Ph.D., BCBA

Billy Edwards received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 1996 and his Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 1999. He has been directly involved in service delivery to children, youth, and families for 27 years. He has practiced as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2000 in both private and public capacities. He is a former President of The South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis, and an active member of both the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), and Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA). Billy served as the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA) Autism Special Interest Group Co-chair for several years, was a TxABA Executive Council Member for several years, and served as President of the organization from 2005-2007. He has served as a member Behavior Analysis Certification Board, Inc. Exam Review Committees on several occasions and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the APBA from 2011-2012. He has provided numerous presentations and trainings regarding the applications of Applied Behavior Analysis across the globe and is actively involved in efforts to change local, state, federal, and global legislation in order to improve the quality of services made available to children, as well as promoting Behavior Analysis. Billy is now the Director of the Clemson University Center for Behavior Analysis (CBA) where he oversees the certificate training program for persons seeking credentialing from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board, Inc., the REACH international outreach program, and works to support Clemson campus-wide and community-based programs for persons with disabilities. The Clemson CBA has helped to create programs across the world including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, The Republic of Moldova, Portugal, Germany, and Romania. His work focuses on support of school districts, families, and other organizations to address issues facing families, children, and youth. Most recently Billy partnered with the Clemson University Student Accessibility Office in the creation of the Clemson University Spectrum Program (CUSP) for matriculating students at Clemson diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Billy is currently a PhD candidate in the Clemson University Youth, Family, and Community Studies program where he is completing his dissertation on The Need for Systematic Training in Cultural Competence in the Field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

+ Stacie Neff, MS, BCBA

Stacie Neff is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience working within the human service industry in settings such as school districts, juvenile justice facilities, residential settings for children in the child welfare system and the community. Stacie has provided education and training to parents, educators, and community leaders across many states. She has co-authored several parent-training curricula and was the statewide master trainer for behavior analysts throughout the state of Florida. Stacie is an active member of both the South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis and the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis where she has given many presentations on topics such as giving feedback, developing good working relationships, ethics in the workplace and supervision.

Stacie is currently the Assistant Director of Community Support Services for the Center for Behavior Analysis where she is tasked with developing behavioral content and curriculum for the online educational program in Behavior Analysis. Stacie is passionate about being an instructor for this online program where she has the opportunity to interact with and inspire students from around the world.

+ Jessica Scibilia, MA, BCBA, CBIS

Jessica Scibilia received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg Honors College and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. She has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009 and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist since 2010. Jessica has worked in varied capacities with children, families, and individuals with disabilities and their families for more than 15 years. As a Certified Behavior Analyst, she provided services in a clinic- and residential-based rehabilitation program for adults and children with Acquired Brain Injury, has experience working with agencies providing services to individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and has conducted applied behavior analysis research on multiple topics. She has presented at state and national conferences as both primary and supporting author. She has also served as supervisor for students seeking BACB certification in local and long-distance capacities. She currently works as a training specialist with Clemson University’s Center for Behavior Analysis.

+ Chelsea Simpson, BS

Chelsea Simpson has worked for Clemson University in several capacities for over 8 years and has worked for the Clemson Center for Behavior Analysis in an administrative capacity for over 3 years. Her responsibilities include maintaining registration databases, maintaining course rosters, disseminating transcripts, processing multiple forms of payment, generating invoices, and providing excellent customer service. Chelsea is an integral part of the Center for Behavior Analysis, as she is the first line of contact between the community and the Center for Behavior Analysis.
Chelsea also has experience providing direct services to youth as both a supervisor and as a youth prevention specialist. Chelsea conducted orientation sessions for youth entering residential treatment for the first time, co-facilitated therapeutic group activities for residents, provided administrative support to department heads and organizational managers, maintained case documentation and arranged social, cultural and educational activities for the youth. Chelsea enjoys her work at the Center, as it allows her to interact with future, current and former students as well as other administrative personnel at Clemson University.
